Ownership, licensing, commercial usage, portfolio usage, intellectual property rights, releases, client usage rights, and other rights associated with these materials are governed primarily by the applicable client agreement, production agreement, model release, location release, licensing agreement, or other written agreement between the parties.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, 91 Stones Productions may retain ownership of creative works it produces while providing clients with the usage rights specified in the applicable agreement.

Extended archival storage may be available for an additional fee. Depending on the applicable agreement, files may be retained for up to two years or for another agreed period.
Production-file retention, archival availability, retrieval, storage fees, and long-term preservation are governed by the applicable client agreement or production terms. Clients should not rely upon 91 Stones Productions as the sole permanent archive of delivered photographs, footage, or finished materials unless an archival arrangement has been established in writing.
